Essentials of Rissotto

I took a class at Whole Foods where I learned everything you can imagine about risotto. We made 3 types:
First, Teriyaki Risotto with Grilled Scallions--
Then Tomato Basil Risotto with homemade marinara:

We rounded the class out with was basically Caramel Apple Risotto:


I can't wait to try them out on my own!
